Instructions

  • Bring the soup to a gentle boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  • Stir in the chopped kale and continue cooking for another 8 to 10 minutes until tender.
  • Taste and adjust the seasoning with salt and black pepper.
