  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1¼ cups warm milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Stir the honey and yeast into the warm milk and let the mixture become foamy.
  • Add the bread flour, oats, cooked brown rice, butter, and salt, then mix until a soft dough forms.
  • Knead the dough for approximately 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  • Cover and allow the dough to rise until doubled in size.
  • Shape into a loaf, place it into a prepared loaf pan, and bake at 375°F for approximately 45 minutes.
  • Cool completely before slicing and serving.
