Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).

- Place the mixture into the air fryer basket and cook for 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway through cooking.
- Split the hoagie rolls and toast them in the air fryer for 1–2 minutes.
- Fill each toasted roll with the cooked beef and vegetables.
- Top with provolone cheese and return the sandwiches to the air fryer for about 2 minutes until the cheese melts completely.
- Serve immediately while hot.
